Already have a Buckhead Rewards account with our previous program using TableUp? Your account information and points balance has automatically been added to our new platform.

  1. Click the “Look Up Your Rewards Account” button below.

  2. Enter your email address associated with your previous Buckhead Rewards account.

  3. Click “Find now”.

  4. Check your inbox for more information. You’ll be sent an automatic email to complete your account setup and claim your points balance.

  5. If you would like to claim points for purchases made while Buckhead Rewards was down, please provide receipts or proof purchase to management in-store during your next visit.

  • IN-STORE
    Use a linked payment card to connect to your account automatically or present your digital loyalty card to staff. Rewards can be redeemed at checkout after connecting to a loyalty account.

    ONLINE

    Create an online ordering account with the email or phone number linked to your loyalty account and log in to order.

  • Yes, multiple credit cards can be linked to a single Loyalty Account, but only 1 email or phone number and 1 customer profile can be used.

    To link a payment card to your Buckhead Rewards account, sign-up or connect your order to an existing account and pay using a credit or debit card. When you use that same card again, you will automatically earn points or that order or be prompted to redeem their reward if eligible.

  • No, guests will not receive loyalty points from purchasing a gift card. They can however receive loyalty points when paying with that gift card if the items purchased are eligible for loyalty.
